Saturday, November 22 Barbershop Chorus performs at Springfield's
Festival of Trees in the
Orr Building at the
State Fairgrounds. The Orr Building is near Gate 8 at the extreme western side of the
Fairgrounds. Gate 8 is on Fifth Street. The Orr Building is just north of the new "arena."
The Chorus warms up at 7:00 and sings at 7:30 p.m. The Chorus will appear in black
pants, white shirts and a variety of Christmas ties.

Tuesday,
December 2 Barbershop Chorus sings at 6:30 p.m. at the
Bickford House, 2401 West White Oaks Drive,
just north of Iles Avenue, and again at 7:00 p.m. at
Concordia Village, 4101 West Iles Avenue.
The Chorus will warm up at the
Bickford House at 6:15 p.m. in black pants, white shirts and
Christmas ties.
- Tuesday, December 9 Chorus sings at 6:30 at
St. Joseph's Home, 3306 South 6th Street Road, and again at 7 p.m.
at the
Mary Bryant Home for the Blind, 2960 Stanton. The Chorus will warm up at St. Joseph's
Home at 6:15 in black pants, white shirts and Christmas ties.

Little Flower School
Activity Center at 6th and Stevenson, Springfield, Illinois. Our very special guests will
be the unforgettable "
Sound Celebration Chorus."
Tickets to the Christmas Dinner and Show are only $13. In addition, some special "VIP"

On Friday, Chorus members will help set up the room at 3:30 p.m. and the Chorus will
warm up in their winter uniforms (black pants, white shirts, Christmas ties) at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, December 13 Barbershop Chorus sings at the
POW/MIA Remembrance Ceremony,
Vietnam Memorial at
Oak Ridge Cemetery on the north side of Springfield, Illinois. The Chorus will meet at the
Vietnam Memorial in Oak Ridge Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. to warm up and the service will
begin there at 1:00 p.m. Be there to honor those who have served!
- Tuesday, December 16 Chorus sings at 6:30 at
Lewis Memorial Christian Villlage, 3408 West Washington, and
again at 7:00 p.m. at the
Dominican Sisters Mother House, 1237 West Monroe, and again
at 7:30 p.m. at the
Presbyterian Home, 2005 West Lawrence. The Chorus will warm up at
the Lewis Memorial Christian Village at 6:15 in black pants, white shirts and Christmas
ties.
Members should sign up for the chorus' annual chili dinner as soon as possible. The
dinner will follow our December 16 visits to the sites listed above. As usual, it will be held
at the Hoogland Center for the Arts. Traditionally, each member donates $3 for the chili.
- Saturday, February 7 The Chorus will gather for its annual
"Installation Banquet" at Springfield's Motor Boat Club.
